What do I do if my school issued laptop has a problem? - Students


If you are experiencing any problems with your school issued laptop or if it has been dropped or damaged, please speak to a member of the Tech department for assistance.

Students should report any issues or problems they are experiencing with their computer to the Technology Department as soon as possible.

During school hours, students can visit the Helpdesk, located on the second floor in the Library Tech Commons, which provides technical support for all Allen-Stevenson devices and services. Allen-Stevenson is an Apple Authorized Service Provider which allows us to troubleshoot and repair all school-owned devices onsite.

After hours, students can submit a helpdesk ticket via email, which will ensure the issue is properly addressed in a timely manner.

Students having issues with their device are not allowed to bring their device to an Apple Store for repair.
